Research assistant
Deotima Chakraborty is a research assistant at Rhenix LifeSciences. She is presently working on multiple projects which includes the data acquisition of various medical colleges across India, and the success of clinical trials across the globe. She is working on Gene Map projects. She is also working on binding analysis of HLA protein across KRAS peptides.

Deotima holds an M.Tech in Bioinformatics from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Techno India University. During her coursework she has gained proficiency in bioinformatics tools like PyRx, AutoDock, GROMACS, and Discovery Studio, she has significant experience in structure-based drug design, and molecular dynamics simulations.

Deotima aims to utilize her expertise in bioinformatics to support research in genomics, proteomics, and drug discovery. She wants to expand her work with a focus on tasks such as analyzing high-throughput genomic data, developing computational pipelines, and contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. She seeks to drive impactful solutions in healthcare and biotechnology while continuing to advance her technical and scientific acumen.
